Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 섹터제로스튜디오 ("the Company") and users in connection with the software and related services ("the Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Service: AutoPlotter and other software the Company develops and distributes, plus its related website (sectorzero.co.kr).
2. User: an individual or legal entity who accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
3. License: the right to use the software, granted to the User upon payment and registration.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the website.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. Amended Terms take effect from the announced effective date.
3. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and request a refund.

Article 4 (Provision and Suspension of Service)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • AutoPlotter — DWG batch PDF conversion software
   • Product information, purchase, and license issuance via the website
   • Technical support via email
2. The Company may suspend the Service in the following cases:
   • System maintenance, scheduled inspections, or expansion
   • Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
   • When required by applicable laws or government orders

Article 5 (License)

1. Users receive licenses according to their purchased plan:
   • Personal perpetual: 1 machine, lifetime use
   • 5PC pack: up to 5 machines, lifetime use
   • 10PC pack: up to 10 machines, lifetime use
2. Licenses are non-transferable. One free machine transfer is supported.
3. Users may not share, duplicate, or redistribute their license key to third parties.

Article 6 (Payment and Refunds)

1. Payments are processed through PortOne's payment gateway. The Company does not directly store card information or other payment details.
2. Refunds follow the separately published Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights for the Service and its software, design, and content belong to the Company.
2. Users may use the Service only within the scope of their license. Reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly are prohibited.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company strives to provide a stable Service but is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, system failures, or the User's own fault.
2. The Company's liability for damages shall not exceed the amount the User paid for the license.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these Terms and any disputes.
2. Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved at the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
