Do I need CAD installed?
Yes — AutoCAD or ZyxCAD must be installed on the same PC. AutoPlotter automatically drives the CAD engine to produce PDFs.
How many machines does one license cover?
Personal Perpetual: 1 machine. 5PC Pack: up to 5. 10PC Pack: up to 10. If you need to move a license to a different PC, email [email protected].
What is the refund policy?
Try the 7-day free trial first. After purchase, email [email protected] within 7 days for a no-questions-asked refund.
How do I get updates?
New versions are downloadable from the download page using the same license. An auto-update feature is on the roadmap.
My office has a custom title block — does it still work?
Yes. AutoPlotter handles per-office and per-client title block formats. Confirm it once on the first drawing, and subsequent drawings with the same title block are handled automatically.
