Refund Policy

Summary

Within 7 days of purchase, we refund 100% — no questions asked.

※ All payments and refunds for software sold here are handled directly by 섹터제로스튜디오.

1. When you can request a refund

  1. Unconditional 7-day refund — within 7 days of purchase, we refund 100% for any reason, including simply changing your mind.
  2. Service defects — if the software fails to work as advertised or has a serious defect through our fault, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Service discontinuation — if we permanently discontinue the service and stop providing updates and support, refunds can be negotiated within 90 days of purchase.

2. When refunds are limited

Per Article 17(2) of the Korean E-Commerce Act, refunds may be limited in these cases:

  1. If the buyer has transferred or resold the license to a third party
  2. If the buyer has materially violated the terms (license key sharing or duplication, etc.)
  3. Simple change-of-mind for one-time licenses after 7 days from purchase (defects or discontinuation caused by us still apply separately)

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the following:
    • The email you used at purchase
    • Purchase date and order number (shown on the receipt)
    • Reason for refund (optional — not required within 7 days)
  2. Within 1 business day we'll respond with the refund status.

4. Refund processing time

  • Credit card: 3-7 business days, subject to card issuer policy
  • Bank transfer: 2-3 business days (returned to your bank account)
  • KakaoPay / NaverPay / TossPay: 1-3 business days via the same payment method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method only. We cannot refund through a different method.

5. License handling

Once a refund is processed, the associated license key is automatically invalidated. The key will no longer activate the software, and any already-activated machines will be blocked from the next verification check onwards.
